When will my order be shipped and which carrier will be used?

Typically, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. We primarily use FedEx as our shipping method. If there is a specific pre-order date mentioned on the purchase page, we will make sure to ship your order before the final cutoff time.

Is the bicycle pre-assembled?

Our bicycles come 95% pre-assembled. All you need to do is install the handlebars, front wheel, lights, and pedals, which usually takes about 15 minutes. Detailed instructions are included in the package, or you can find an assembly video on our product page.
